Ich nutze ein KI-Tool, das Anrufe basierend auf der vom Kundenstimmungsdetektion weiterleitet. Es ist verrückt, wie genau es ist! Macht den ganzen Prozess viel effizienter.
Hat sonst noch jemand KI-Chatbots ausprobiert, die in Callcenter integriert sind? Manchmal beantworten sie Routinefragen perfekt, können aber bei seltsamen Anfragen hängen bleiben.
