Denkt sonst noch jemand, dass diese Tools super für den Kundenservice wären? Verleiht eine nette persönliche Note.
Ich habe kürzlich ein paar dieser Avatar-Bots ausprobiert. Einige sind überraschend gut darin, menschliche Ausdrücke nachzuahmen, aber andere wirken für mich noch etwas steif.

Was cool ist, ist, dass einige Bots jetzt Deep Learning nutzen, um Lippenbewegungen perfekt mit der Sprache zu synchronisieren. Macht den Chat viel immersiver.
