Hey folks, lately I've been noticing I spend way too much time chatting with ChatGPT and kinda wonder if it's becoming a bit addictive. Anyone else feeling hooked or got tips on managing this? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences.

What’s the best way to recognize if it’s becoming a real problem though?
I think it’s important to remember that AI is a tool. We gotta be mindful of how we use it, not let it use us.
I actually find it super helpful for my anxiety when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Doesn’t feel like addiction for me tho.
Anyone else notice that after long chats, you feel kinda mentally drained? Maybe it’s a sign to take breaks.
I try to set specific goals before I start chatting, like just 10 mins to get some info. Keeps me in check.
Has anyone tried replacing some ChatGPT time with other creative outlets? Like drawing or writing? That helped me a lot.
Yeah, I totally get that. It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re having good convos or exploring ideas with it.
Honestly, it’s kinda like social media addiction. Fun but can get outta hand fast!
Honestly, sometimes I wonder if this all is just new territory and we’re figuring out how to interact with AI responsibly.
Does anyone else get frustrated when they try to cut back but end up spending even more time? Feels like a trap.
Sometimes I feel like I’m chatting just to avoid real conversations with ppl. Not sure if that’s healthy.
I heard about a site called ai-u.com that tracks the latest AI tools, maybe checking out different apps could help break the routine?
I feel like talking to ChatGPT can be kinda lonely if you use it instead of people, ya know?
