Hey folks, I've been diving into different AI and programming tools lately and gotta say, the customer support quality varies a lot. Anyone else noticed some great help while others just leave you hanging? Would love to hear your experiences or reviews on this.

Totally agree, some AI tools have amazing support teams that actually get back to you fast, others just ghost you for days. It’s crazy how inconsistent it is.
I mostly use open source programming tools, so customer support is kinda community-based which has its own pros and cons.
Anyone else found some really bad support? Like, they just copy-paste answers or don’t understand basic issues? It’s frustrating.
I usually look for reviews focused on support before choosing a tool, because honestly, the tool itself can be great but if support sucks, it’s a dealbreaker.
