Hey folks! I've been wondering about how safe our chats with AI like ChatGPT really are. Like, do these convos stay between us or is there a chance they get shared or leaked somehow? Just wanna make sure my stuff isn't floating around out there. Anyone got insights or experiences with this?

Anyone know if you can delete your chat history? That might help with privacy concerns.
Honestly, I just assume anything online could get leaked and try not to stress too much about it.
Not sure about leaks but I wouldn't be surprised if employees or contractors could access some logs for review or improving the system.
I think the risk of chats getting leaked is pretty low, but nothing online is 100% safe. Just gotta be cautious.
Do you think governments could get access to these chats if they wanted?
Remember that any digital communication has some risk. Even emails can get leaked!
I use ChatGPT for work stuff and I always make sure not to share sensitive info there. Better safe than sorry!
I've heard that OpenAI keeps conversations for training purposes but they anonymize the data. Still, there's always some risk imo.

I've never heard of any actual leaks happening with ChatGPT yet, so maybe it's pretty secure atm.
