Hey everyone, I've been curious if ChatGPT can actually help create documents for stuff like reports, letters, or essays. Has anyone tried it out for real work?…

It’s great for brainstorming ideas too, not just full docs. Sometimes I ask it to help outline stuff before I write.
I use it mainly to fix grammar and get suggestions. Not for full docs but for polishing.
I tried it for a resume once. It gave me a good base but I had to change a lot info to fit my style.
I tried to get it to write a scientific paper intro and it was ok but not detailed enough.
I tried it but felt like it wasn't very good at keeping my personal tone. Anyone else?
For long documents, sometimes it loses track of context and repeats stuff.
Don't forget you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that help with document creation!
Anyone tried it for creative ads or marketing copy? Curious how well it does.
It’s been a game changer for me for quick drafts but final touch still on me.
The best results I got were when I gave it very specific instructions and examples.
It saved me when I was swamped and needed a quick project report draft. Wasn't perfect but good enough to edit.
I think it’s a cool tool but shouldn’t replace human writing fully, more like a helper.
Been using it for blog posts. Saves me hours of work. Just make sure to check facts and add your voice.
It can sometimes repeat info or get stuck in loops if prompts aren’t clear.
The formatting can be off sometimes, so I usually paste the text into Word or Google Docs and fix things up.
Does anyone know if it can handle legal documents or contracts?
Definitely recommend trying it for letters. Saved me a lot of time writing cover letters for job apps.
It helped me write a short story for a project. Pretty impressed with the creativity it showed.
Honestly, I think it’s best for simple docs. For complex stuff, it sometimes gets facts wrong.
Yeah, I've used it a bunch for drafting emails and reports. It’s pretty handy but sometimes you gotta tweak the output for accuracy.
I’m impressed how it can switch styles, from formal to casual writing pretty smoothly.
