It's honestly tough now with how fast AI writing is improving. Sometimes I just look for unnatural phrasing or weird context instead of relying fully on tools.
Is there a tool that can work offline? Sometimes internet access is limited for me.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They keep a lot of updated lists that helped me find some gems recently.
I use these tools mainly for school essays to catch AI-generated homework. It’s been helpful so far.
Do any of you have experience with enterprise-level AI detection platforms? Are they worth it?
Has anyone tried combining plagiarism checkers with AI detectors? Sometimes that combo helps catch copied generated text.
Most tools focus on English, which sucks if you want to check AI content in other languages.
Sometimes these checkers give false positives on creative writing or poetry which kinda sucks.
Sometimes it helps to look at metadata or writing patterns over time rather than just single pieces of text.
Does anyone know if AI detection tech can be fooled easily with simple paraphrasing?
Try out the newer AI detection tools that use deep learning. They seem to catch more subtle stuff compared to the older ones.
Honestly, sometimes AI-generated text is so well done that no checker can be 100% sure. I just tell clients to be aware of that.
Don't forget there are browser extensions now that can highlight AI-generated text right on the page. Makes checking stuff fast and easy.
I wish these tools had better accuracy scores published. Feels like it's guesswork sometimes.
For what it’s worth, I found some open-source AI detection tools on GitHub that you can tweak yourself if you're tech savvy.
I've been using a couple of free ones online, but they don’t always catch everything. Some AI text is getting really good at sounding human.
