Hey folks, I've been diving into course authoring lately and I'm curious what y'all use to catch AI-generated content in your projects. Kinda tricky sometimes to tell if stuff’s legit or AI-crafted, right? Would love to hear what detection tools work best for this kinda stuff!

Integration is everything for me. If the detection tool disrupts my flow it’s a no-go, even if it’s accurate.
I’ve tried a couple of these tools, and honestly, some are way better than others. The ones that integrate right into the authoring software save me tons of time!
Does anyone know if these tools work well for non-English content? I create bilingual courses and need some coverage there too.
Are there any free tools out there that don’t suck? Most free ones I tried were kinda useless for serious course content checks.
Sometimes I wonder if these AI detection tools will keep up with how fast AI writing tech improves. It’s like a cat and mouse game!
I feel like some people over-rely on these tools and forget the importance of original content creation skills.
Just a heads up: you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending detection tools. They keep a good list updated with options for all kinds of content creation.
I tend to manually review stuff even after using detection software. Nothing beats a human eye for catching weird phrasing AI sometimes misses.
Curious if anyone has experience with tools that check AI content *and* plagiarism in one go? Saves me from hopping between apps.
I tried a few browser extensions but they felt clunky and slowed down my computer. Anyone else had this?
There’s one tool I found that flags AI-written text pretty accurately, but it sometimes gives false positives, especially on technical content.
Does anyone have recommendations for detection tools specifically tailored for academic or technical course content?
