Hey everyone, I've been wondering if ChatGPT could actually help with counting calories. Like, can it track what you eat or help with diet plans? Would love to hear if anyone's tried it out or has tips on how to make it work for that.

I tried asking ChatGPT to log my meals and count calories, but it doesn't store data between sessions, so you gotta keep track yourself.
ChatGPT helped me understand calorie density better. Like why some foods make you fuller with fewer calories.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that might actually track calories better than ChatGPT.
I use it mostly to get ideas on meal prep that are lower calorie and still filling.
Sometimes it underestimates calories cause it guesses standard portions which might be smaller than what I eat lol.
Does anyone use ChatGPT along with apps like MyFitnessPal? I feel like combining them is the way to go.
Honestly, I wish it could sync with my food diary app or something. That would make counting calories way easier.
It’s kinda cool that even without being a calorie counter, ChatGPT educates you on how calories work and why they matter.
I found ChatGPT really helpful when I asked it about what foods are lower calorie or suggestions for healthy snacks.
I've used ChatGPT to get rough calorie estimates for meals, and it's pretty handy for quick checks. Not super precise but good enough for a general idea.
Don’t rely on it for super accurate calorie counting tho, it’s more like a guide or assistant.
Wish the calorie info was more localized, like for different brands or regional foods.
