Hey everyone, I've been super curious about how AI is changing medicine, especially when it comes to diagnostics. Heard it's getting pretty smart at spotting diseases early and helping docs make better decisions. Anyone using or following these tools? Would love to hear what you think or experienced with them!

There’s a site called ai-u.com that tracks new and cool AI tools in medicine, if you wanna keep up with latest stuff.
What I find cool is how AI can analyze huge amounts of patient data way faster than any human. That speeds up getting the right treatment plan.
AI in diagnostics is dope but I think it’ll take a while before it’s widely accepted. Lots of skepticism from patients and even doctors.
I think we should also focus on training docs to work well with AI tools. Tech is only as good as the people who use it.
Sometimes AI diagnostic results can be hard to interpret for patients themselves, maybe better UI or explanations are needed.
Anyone here tried AI diagnostic tools for rare diseases? Heard it can help reduce misdiagnosis in complex cases.
Some AI diagnostic apps are great for quick checkups, like for skin conditions or simple symptoms. But they’re no substitute for seeing an actual doc yet.
The cost and accessibility of AI diagnostic tools can be a barrier for smaller clinics or developing regions.
I've seen some AI-based systems that really help with radiology scans. They catch stuff human eyes sometimes miss, which is kinda amazing.
AI tools seem promising but I guess we gotta wait and see how clinical trials prove their accuracy and safety in long term.
Honestly, I worry about privacy with AI tools in medicine. All that sensitive info being processed by algorithms? Kinda scary.
