Sometimes it helped me phrase things more calmly when I was upset, which stopped arguments from blowing up.
Tbh, sometimes its advice is actually kinda funny cause it sounds so formal and robotic for something so emotional.
For awkward first date questions, it’s actually pretty handy to come up with stuff to talk about.
I don’t rely on it much cause every relationship is unique and AI can’t really get that personal touch.
Sometimes it feels like it repeats the same points over and over; kinda frustrating when you want fresh ideas.
I’ve used it to get help with understanding my partner’s perspective better and it kinda helped me see things differently.
I used ChatGPT to draft a message for a tough convo and it helped me put my feelings in words better. So that was cool.

I feel like it’s kinda surface level. It doesn’t really get the emotional stuff behind relationships, which is key imo.
I think it’s better for general advice but not for complicated issues like infidelity or deep trust problems.
I think it’s best if you use it alongside other stuff, not just rely on it 100%. Like combine with books or talking to friends.
It’s kinda weird asking a bot about feelings but sometimes it’s easier than talking to people haha.
I honestly think if you’re looking for deep emotional support, you need a real person, but AI can be a good helper for quick tips.
I guess it depends on what you want out of the advice. Quick tips? Sure. Deep emotional work? Not so much.
