Hey everyone, I've been digging into how analytics can help us get a better read on candidates during hiring. It's kinda tricky to figure out which tools really give you the best insights into how someone might perform on the job. One thing I noticed is that a lot of these tools focus too much on past data and not enough on potential or soft skills. Data can't capture everything imo.
Anyone else use AI-powered analytics tools for screening? Curious if they've really improved hiring outcomes or if it's just buzz.
I've tried a few platforms that offer performance analytics, and honestly, they can be hit or miss. Some just throw numbers at you without context, which isn't super helpful.
