Does anyone know if Gemini allows plug-ins like ChatGPT does now? That's a game changer for some users.
I tried asking some complex questions to both, and Gemini gave more factual responses, while ChatGPT gave more explanation and context.
From what I've gathered, Gemini seems to be focusing more on integrating with other Google services tightly, which might give it an edge in multitasking within their ecosystem.
Honestly, I think both have their perks. Maybe it depends on what you need AI for?
I feel like Gemini is Google’s attempt to catch up with OpenAI on the conversational AI front but with their own spin.
Gemini might have better integration for voice commands, given Google’s work with Assistant.
In terms of tone, ChatGPT feels a bit more friendly, Gemini feels more business-like to me.
I wonder how Gemini handles languages other than English compared to ChatGPT? Anyone tested that?
I like that Gemini can pull in live info from Google Search, that’s a cool feature ChatGPT doesn’t fully have yet.
ChatGPT feels more open and general purpose, Gemini seems more tailored and optimized for search and productivity.
I read Gemini might have stronger privacy controls thanks to Google's new policies.
I read somewhere Gemini might be better at multi-modal tasks, like combining text and images more naturally than ChatGPT.
The speed difference is noticeable too. Gemini feels snappier in responses, maybe due to Google's infrastructure.
So far, Gemini feels more like an assistant built into Google's ecosystem, while ChatGPT is more of a versatile chatbot you can use anywhere.
If you’re into AI tools, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending options, sometimes they highlight interesting stuff beyond just these two.
Anyone else feel like ChatGPT is just better at creative stuff? Gemini feels more functional but less imaginative to me.
I tried Gemini a bit and noticed it gives more concise answers, kinda less chit-chatty compared to ChatGPT, which sometimes feels more like chatting with a buddy.
