I heard about some new feature where the AI can analyze body language through video interviews. Has anyone tried that? Does it really work?
If anyone’s exploring options, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have a good roundup of what's out there now.
Honestly, I started using an AI interview analysis and it saved me so much time when sorting through candidates. The speech-to-text and sentiment analysis sped up the whole process!
I've been using one of the newer AI platforms to analyze interviews, and it's decent but sometimes misses the nuances in tone. Anyone else noticed that?
One thing to watch out for is privacy and data security when using these tools. Make sure your candidates know how their data is handled!
Does anyone know if these tools support multiple languages well? We have a diverse candidate pool and that’s a must for us.
