Also, keep in mind ChatGPT sometimes generates stuff that needs fact checking, so always proofread in your docs!
Honestly, sometimes I just open ChatGPT in another tab and write stuff separately, then paste. Not elegant but works for me!
Sometimes I feel like the extensions slow down my doc loading though, anyone else notice that?
One thing I love is using ChatGPT to draft paragraphs and then copy-pasting them into Google Docs. Not fully integrated but still speeds things up a lot.
FYI, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that work with Google Docs and ChatGPT. Found some neat stuff there!
Been messing with some API stuff to embed ChatGPT responses inside docs but it's kinda technical. If you aren't into coding, the extensions might be easier.
Has anyone found a good voice-to-text + ChatGPT combo working smoothly in Google Docs?
If you want to integrate for collaborative editing, be careful how you share the access keys with team members when using API setups.
Honestly, I think it’s mostly about finding the right tools that fit your workflow rather than a one-size-fits-all.
I actually started using a Chrome extension that lets you pull up ChatGPT right inside your docs, super handy! Makes brainstorming a breeze without switching tabs.
I heard about some upcoming features Google might launch to integrate AI tools more natively, but no solid dates yet.
Any tips on making ChatGPT-generated content look more natural in Google Docs? Sometimes it feels robotic.
For those who want hands-on, Google Apps Script can be used to call ChatGPT API and insert responses in your doc. Takes some coding but pretty powerful.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to automate ChatGPT suggestions as comments inside Docs? I want it to propose edits without overwriting text.
