Hey folks, I've been tinkering with AI image generators lately and noticed some struggle making those images feel natural and real. Anyone got tricks or tips to help those AI pics come out less fake and more lifelike? Would love to hear what works for you!

Lighting is everything. I always specify the type of lighting, like golden hour or studio light, and it changes the whole vibe.
Patience helps too. Sometimes you gotta generate dozens of images before getting one that feels right.
One thing I've found helps a lot is tweaking the prompt with more detailed descriptions. Like adding lighting type, texture, and even mood can make a huge difference.
Also, blending multiple AI generated images can create a more detailed and realistic final piece sometimes.
Sometimes the AI just struggles with human faces looking too perfect or weird. I try to add some imperfections in the prompt to avoid the uncanny valley effect.
I struggled with skin tones looking off until I started describing the ethnicity and lighting together. Made a big difference.
Don't forget to mention camera angles and focal lengths in your prompts, it can make AI images look like real photos sometimes!
Playing around with post-processing in photo editors can boost realism too. AI images sometimes look flat before some color grading and sharpening.
I also recommend playing with resolution settings if your tool supports it. Higher res can pull out more realistic details.
Using negative prompts to tell the AI what NOT to include can prevent weird artifacts or unrealistic stuff showing up.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools if you wanna explore different generators with better realism options.
Sometimes adding a style reference like 'photorealistic' or naming a famous photographer can push the AI in the right direction.
It’s crazy how even small adjustments in the prompt can totally change the output. I always save versions so I can compare what wording works better.
If you want more natural backgrounds, including specific elements like trees or clouds with adjectives helps make it feel less robotic.
