Hey everyone! I've been messing around with Claude to see how well it can play Pokemon. It's kinda wild how AI can pick moves and strategize, but sometimes it gets quirky. Anyone else tried this or have cool tips on making the AI smarter in these games? Would love to hear your thoughts!

I tried letting Claude choose moves in a battle once and it surprised me by picking some kinda unexpected stuff. Didn't always work but it was fun to watch!
For anyone interested, I made a little script that feeds battle info to Claude to improve move choices. DM me if you wanna try!
Are there any tools or websites where I can see what AI bots like Claude are doing in Pokemon battles?
Anyone got tips on how to train Claude specifically for double battles format? It’s trickier!
Lol, sometimes Claude just tries to stall the battle with useless moves, kinda funny to watch.
Anyone else noticed Claude sometimes picks weaker moves or ones that don’t make sense? Like, why use a normal move on a ghost type?
Started a project to train Claude with lots of battle data. Hoping to get it better at choosing moves and stuff.
Sometimes I just let Claude play for me while I watch, it’s a nice way to chill and see what it comes up with.
Do you think AI will ever beat human pros in Pokemon tournaments?
I also found some cool resources on AI and Pokemon battles if anyone’s interested, happy to share!
Honestly, I think AI like Claude could learn a lot faster if it got some kind of memory or long-term strategy instead of just reacting each turn.
I’m curious if Claude can handle competitive Pokemon battles or if it’s mostly just casual fun?
I wish there was a leaderboard for AI Pokemon players so we could see how Claude stacks up against others.
I wonder how Claude compares to other AI models like GPT in terms of playing Pokemon.
I think AI in Pokemon is a fun experiment but the randomness in battles makes it hard to fully control the outcome.
Has anyone tried combining Claude with other AI tools to improve Pokemon strategies?
