Hey folks, lately I've been wondering how to figure out if someone is actually using one of those AI chatbots, like ChatGPT, when they're chatting or writing stuff. It's kinda tricky sometimes, right? Would love to hear your thoughts or any signs you look for!

Honestly, sometimes I think AI-generated text is better than what some people write, so maybe it’s not always a bad thing?
One trick I use is looking for weird phrasing or stuff that sounds kinda robotic. Like the AI might pick words that a native speaker wouldn’t normally use in casual talk.
Sometimes the answers are way too detailed and kinda generic at the same time. Like they cover all bases but lack personal touch or specific examples from real life.
Lol I just ask people straight up if they used an AI tool. No shame, some folks admit it right away.
I just look for inconsistencies in facts or if the person contradicts themselves later. AI can sometimes mess up on that.
I've noticed that when someone uses AI, their writing tends to be super formal and kinda perfect, like no slang or typos at all. Real humans mess up sometimes or use casual words.
Some people say you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that help spot AI generated text, pretty cool stuff out there.
Sometimes reading the text out loud helps me catch if something feels off or too robotic. Human writing usually has some rhythm or flow you can feel.
If you ask a question and the reply is super fast but super detailed, that’s often from AI. Most humans take longer to answer.
I find that AI answers sometimes avoid personal opinions or emotions, they stay pretty neutral no matter what you ask.
