What about using it to draft emails or reports after task analysis? Has anyone tried that?
Honestly, I wasn’t sure how to phrase my requests at first. But once I started giving examples of what I want split, ChatGPT kinda got it better.
Is there a way to make ChatGPT remember previous tasks so it can build on them later?
It’s kinda cool how you can ask it to act like a project manager and get structured plans back.
I sometimes ask ChatGPT to suggest tools or apps to help with each step of the task. It's like a mini consultant.
Sometimes it gives too much info tho, and I gotta filter out what I actually need. But better too much than too little!
I like to ask for pros and cons or possible risks for each step after getting the breakdown. Makes the analysis richer.
I keep a list of common task types and prompts that work well for each, kinda like templates.
I found it super helpful to just start by describing the whole task in simple terms, then ask ChatGPT to split it up. Works pretty well for me.
I wish it had integrations with task apps directly to send breakdowns there automatically.
Does anyone know if it can handle really technical tasks? Like coding or engineering stuff?
Anyone tried voice input with ChatGPT for task breakdown? Wondering if that’s practical.
Sometimes I get distracted by all the options ChatGPT gives me, how do you stay focused?
How do you validate the steps ChatGPT suggests? I sometimes worry it's missing something.
Is there a way to make it give you step-by-step instructions instead of a big chunk?
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they have some neat stuff that complements ChatGPT for task analysis.
Anyone else use it to create checklist from their tasks? I think that's super useful for keeping track.
Sometimes I just dump everything into one prompt and it freaks out with too many options. Better to chunk it up.
How do you guys handle tasks that require creativity? Can AI still help break them down?
