Hey folks, been trying to figure out which AI tool really helps best with sales calls. There are so many out there, each claiming to be the best but not sure which one really makes a difference. Anyone got some real experience or opinions?

I've tried a couple of these and honestly, some just automate the call but don't really improve the quality of interaction. It's like talking to a bot, not a helpful assistant.
From what I've seen, some tools offer real-time coaching during calls which is pretty neat. It pops up suggestions on what to say or questions to ask.
Honestly, the best tool depends a lot on your team size and sales style. If you’re a small team, some of these big platforms can be overkill.
Has anyone used Gong? Heard it's good for analyzing sales calls but not sure if it actually helps improve the calls or just stores data.
Does anyone know if these tools handle multi-language calls well? We have clients in different countries and that’s a must.
