Hey everyone! I've been trying to find some cool apps or tools that can help me catch and fix spelling errors while I write. Sometimes I miss small typos and it gets kinda annoying. Wondering what you all use or recommend? Would love some suggestions and maybe tips on how to get the most out of these tools!

Sometimes spelling correction tools freak me out by overcorrecting. Like changing proper nouns or slang words.
Spell checkers that work offline are great for me since I don’t always have good internet.
For students, some education platforms have built-in spelling correction that’s pretty decent.
I usually use Grammarly for stuff like that. It's pretty good at catching spelling errors and even suggests better phrasing sometimes.
I tried a couple of apps on mobile for spell checking but they often slow down my typing or get in the way.
Microsoft Word and Google Docs both have pretty reliable spell checkers. I mostly write there so I don’t bother with extra tools.
Are there any tools that help with spelling correction for multiple languages? I write in English and Spanish.
I often find spell checkers miss words that are spelled right but used incorrectly, like 'there' vs 'their'.
I find that installing spell checkers directly into my browser helps a lot, especially when writing emails or social media posts.
Do any of you use AI-based tools for spelling correction? Heard they’re becoming smarter and context-aware.
Anyone tried AI writing assistants that also do spelling correction? Like they help with content and fix typos at the same time.
I’m a fan of free open-source stuff like Hunspell but it’s not super user-friendly for non-tech folks.
I've tried a couple of browser plug-ins that highlight typos as you type. They help, but sometimes get annoying with false alerts.
Just a heads up, some free tools might not catch everything and can miss context. Paid options usually do better.
Sometimes, simple is best. Just re-reading your text carefully can catch more than any tool sometimes.
Some tools let you add your own style rules which is kinda cool.
Love how some tools now suggest rephrasing entire sentences to improve clarity along with spelling fixes.
