Hey everyone, been messing around with some tools that scan for AI-generated content. Kinda curious what yall think about their accuracy and usefulness? Some seem hit or miss but others pretty solid. Would love to hear your experiences or any recommendations!

I emailed support for one scanner and they said their model updates monthly, so that might help with accuracy over time.
Honestly, some of these AI scanners are just marketing fluff. They give a false sense of security when you really gotta understand the content yourself.
I’m curious if any of these tools can also detect AI-generated images or just text? Anyone knows?
I use one tool that has a really nice user interface and explains the results clearly. Makes it easier to trust their conclusions.
Just a heads up, some of these scanners require you to upload your content online, so watch out if you got sensitive info.
I feel like transparency about how these scanners work is lacking. Would help users trust them more if they explained their tech better.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They update a lot with scanners and other AI utilities pretty regularly.
For those who care about API access, some scanners offer that to integrate into your own apps or workflows.
What I find helpful is combining a few different tools rather than relying on just one scanner. It gives you a better overall picture.
Has anyone noticed these tools struggle with mixed content? Like part human, part AI generated? Feels like they get confused.
I think these scanners are getting better but still struggle with really well-written AI text. Sometimes you gotta just eyeball it.
I tried a free scanner that was super slow and buggy, probably not worth it unless you pay for premium.
Does anyone know if there's a scanner that's good at detecting AI in multiple languages? I've struggled finding one that works well beyond English.
If you just wanna quickly check something, some browser extensions do a decent job without the hassle of full software.
I've tried a couple of these scanners and honestly, some of them flag stuff way too often. It's like they think anything not perfectly human-written is AI.
Does anyone use these tools for educational settings? Wondering how reliable they are for detecting AI essays and stuff.
