Also, some of these tools integrate with calendars and emails which helps keep all info synced. Pretty sweet!
I started using this one app that transcribes my lectures and it's a game changer. Saves me so much time!
The best one for me so far is Rev Voice Recorder. The transcription is pretty accurate and easy to edit.
I mostly prefer handwriting notes but tried an AI tool once and it kinda grew on me. Might switch fully later.
I wish these tools had better support for different languages. Most I found are just English focused.
For anyone worried about privacy, make sure to read the terms carefully. Some apps send data to cloud servers which might not be ideal.
Heads up, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have some cool lists for note-taking apps with AI.
Try Cogi app, it records audio and tags important moments. I find it better for interviews than full transcription.
Noticed some apps also organize notes smartly by topics which is pretty cool. Makes reviewing easier.
Overall, big fan of how these AI note apps have made meetings less painful. Just wish they were 100% perfect.
Anyone tried using voice assistants to take notes? Like asking Siri or Google to jot stuff down?
I've been trying a few but sometimes the transcription is off, especially with accents or noisy rooms. Anyone else experience this?
Does anyone know if these tools work offline? My internet’s spotty sometimes and that kills the flow.
I heard about an AI tool that also summarizes the notes after recording. Saves a lot of time skim reading.
