I got mixed results with phone apps, desktop programs tend to be much better for deblurring, do you agree?
Sometimes I wonder if these AI tools will ever replace professional photo editors completely.
I tried a couple of AI apps for sharpening but some of them just make the photo look weird or fake. Found one that kinda works fine tho, not perfect but better than before.
I find that combining AI deblurring with manual touch ups works best for me, AI gets you 80% there, then you fix the rest.
Anyone tried using AI on old family photos that are blurry? I’m curious if it really brings them back to life.
Is there any free AI tool that does a decent job? I’m not ready to pay yet.
I mainly use Photoshop’s neural filters for deblurring, it’s pretty powerful when you tweak the settings properly.
Tried an online AI tool once and it was suuuper fast but kinda made my picture look cartoonish, anyone else had that?
How does AI even guess what the original details were? Like, is it just filling in the blanks or actually restoring?
For those looking, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they have a decent list updated regularly.
Honestly, sometimes if the photo is too blurry, no AI can fully fix it. But some tools can salvage a lot. Just gotta set expectations right.
