Hey folks, I've been trying to find some handy AI that can help me summarize long texts without losing the main points. Anyone got some good suggestions or personal faves? Sometimes it feels like most tools just miss the mark or make it super awkward to read. Would love to hear what y'all use!

Has anyone tried AI summarizers that also translate the summary into another language? Seems handy for international work.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they sometimes list some cool summarizers I hadn't heard of before.
Does anyone know if these tools handle technical documents well? I’ve tried a couple but they always screw up the jargon and important details.
Honestly, some free tools just give you a paragraph that doesn’t even make sense. Paid ones usually do better but can be pricey.
The best thing is when the AI can pick out key points but also keep the tone of the original text intact, but that’s rare.
Tried some AI summarizers and they sometimes make the text too vague or generic. Not always helpful if you need specific info.
I wish there was a way to train your own summarizer with your style or preferences.
I sometimes use a combo of AI summarizers and manual edits. AI gives me a rough draft and I fix it up for clarity.
I've been using this one app that just nails summaries in seconds. It's super user-friendly and doesn't butcher the essence of the text.
Sometimes I just want a summary that’s like a bullet list instead of paragraphs. Does anyone know tools that do that?
Some AI tools also let you highlight parts to focus on in the summary, which is super useful.
Is there a limit on how much text can be summarized at once? I have some huge docs and not sure if tools can handle that.
I use AI summarizers mostly for emails and reports and it’s been a huge time saver. Might not be perfect but good enough for my needs.
I don’t trust AI with critical documents, but for everyday stuff it’s a lifesaver.
What about privacy? Anyone concerned about uploading sensitive text to these AI tools?
It’s kinda crazy how far AI text tools have come in a few years. Remember when they used to just chop paragraphs into random sentences?
