Hey folks, I've been digging into how AI can help companies move talent around internally more smartly. It's pretty cool how tech can spot hidden skills and match peeps to roles without all the manual guesswork. Anyone else trying this or interested in what tools work best? I think the human element still matters a lot. AI can suggest matches, but managers and employees need to have those chats to make sure it’s a good fit.
This stuff is really changing the game. Before AI, it was so hard to know who in the company had the right skills for new roles. Now it feels like the system kinda reads minds.
One challenge I see is bias. If the AI is trained on past data, could it just replicate old biases about who should get promoted or moved?
Has anyone tried any specific platforms? Heard there’s a bunch but not sure which ones really get the job done.
I wonder how much these tools rely on data quality tho. If profiles are outdated, AI might just make bad matches, no?
