Hey folks, I've been thinking about upgrading to ChatGPT Pro but wasn't sure if there's any kind of cap on how much you can use it. Like, does it have daily limits or anything? Would love to hear from those who've already tried it out!

You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they sometimes have insights on limits and pro versions for AI stuff.
I found that sometimes it says 'too many requests' if you hit it hard, but after a short break, it works again. So like a soft cap maybe?
I’ve seen some folks mention they got slowed down for a bit after tons of requests in a row but it’s temporary.
Honestly, the best way to find out is just try it and see how it feels. Limits might be flexible.
If you’re planning on using it a lot, just keep in mind the responses might slow down during peak times. That’s about it.
I upgraded but didn’t really notice any hard cutoff or limit on usage. Just works better overall with Pro.
Just curious, has anyone tried using it for heavy workloads daily? How’s it hold up?
Keep in mind that limits could change if demand spikes, but they usually announce stuff like that ahead of time.
Nope, from what I remember reading, Pro gives you priority access and basically unlimited usage but with fair use policies to avoid abuse.
I think it’s more about fair use than a strict cap, so as long as you’re not abusing it, you’ll be fine.
I think it’s kinda like unlimited but with some behind the scenes limits so no one hogs all the resources.
Great question. I’ve been using Pro for months and never hit any limit, but I don’t spam it nonstop either.
I upgraded and it’s been smooth sailing, zero limit issues so far. Just don’t go crazy with requests non-stop and you should be good.
Keep in mind, they might add or change limits anytime with updates, so always good to check the latest T&C.
I think there’s some kind of hidden throttling but it’s not public info so just gotta test it out yourself.
The Pro version definitely feels snappier and less prone to blocking than free, so it’s worth it if you use it a lot.
Some users have said that you might run into rate limits if you automate tons of requests fast, but for most people it’s no big deal.
Yeah, I got ChatGPT Pro a while back and from what I can tell, there’s no strict daily limit, but they might slow responses if you hammer it too much in a short time. Nothing official tho.
