Hey folks, been looking into some software that can really make managing projects easier. Heard AI is doing wonders in this space but not sure which ones actually deliver. Anyone got suggestions or experiences with tools that use AI to help keep programs on track? Would love to know what works and what’s just hype.

I feel like a lot of these tools still need a human touch, AI or no AI. They can help automate reminders or status updates but complex decisions need people imo.
I think AI tools are great for big teams but for smaller projects, sometimes they’re just more hassle than help.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools if you wanna keep updated on this kinda stuff.
Asana’s AI features have helped my team a lot with prioritizing tasks and reducing time spent on status meetings.
Been testing Favro recently, their AI suggestions are decent but still need some manual tweaks.
If you're scouting for AI tools for project stuff, also look at monday, asana, and clickup. They all have decent AI options now.
Has anyone tried Wrike? Heard it has some AI to predict project risks. Curious if it’s actually useful or just marketing talk.
Just started using ClickUp, and the AI task prioritization has been surprisingly good. Makes my to-do list less overwhelming.
Not sure if anyone mentioned Smartsheet? It blends spreadsheet style with AI features and helped our workflow quite a bit.
Anyone else finds some AI tools overcomplicate simple project management? Sometimes less is more.
I’m a fan of Microsoft Project with some AI insights, especially for resource allocation. It’s not flashy but gets the job done.
The AI in some program management tools still feels kinda limited. Mostly helps with notifications and scheduling, not much more advanced stuff yet.
Don’t sleep on Jira with some AI plugins, it’s solid especially if you’re managing software dev programs.
Anyone else here use Notion with AI for program management? It’s pretty flexible but AI features are still basic.
Pomello is another tool with some AI-based task tracking. Haven't tried it but heard good things.
Lately I’ve been trying out this app called Monday.com, and it’s pretty neat with some automation features. Doesn’t feel too clunky either, which is a big plus for me.
Trello with some AI plugins can also boost your workflow. It’s kinda simple but with the right add-ons, it’s pretty powerful.
Some tools focus too much on AI and forget about user experience. I dropped a couple cause they were too complicated despite AI features.
