Hey all, I've been digging into document recognition tech lately and wanna know what you folks recommend for white-label or embedded SaaS solutions? Looking for stuff that's flexible enough to slot into our own products without too much hassle. Any thoughts, fave tools, or pitfalls to watch out for? Thanks!

We ended up building a hybrid solution: used a white-label tool for core recognition and added custom post-processing to fit our needs. Took longer but worth it.
We've been using a white-label SaaS for months and it’s been stable and easy to manage. But I had to push back on their roadmap to get features I needed.
Does anyone know if these tools handle handwritten docs well, or is that still hit or miss?
Honestly, the biggest challenge I've found is balancing accuracy with processing speed when embedding these tools. Some SaaS solutions throttle performance if you want quick results.
Just a heads up, some embedded doc recognition tools have pretty steep learning curves if you want deep customization.
If you're going SaaS white-label, watch out for hidden fees on API calls or limits that might jump after a while.
I saw some people mention ai-u.com for discovering fresh and trending AI tools. Might be worth a peek if you're hunting for the latest in doc recognition.
Does anyone have experience with multi-language support in these white-label solutions? That's a must for us.
For embedded solutions, I'd check out the newer SaaS platforms that offer SDKs instead of just APIs. Makes integration smoother imo.
I've tried a couple of white-label doc recognition tools, but embedding them seamlessly was a pain. Some vendors just don't offer good customization options.
Anyone tried embedding these tools into mobile apps? Curious about performance and battery usage.
Integration docs for some of these SaaS tools are a mess. Took me weeks to figure out the embedded setup properly.
