Hey everyone, wanted to start a chat about the new wave of digital health stuff out there. There’s so many apps and gadgets promising to track your health better, but it’s kinda tricky figuring out which are actually good or worth your time. What’s your take on all these health tech tools? Got any favs or ones you think are overhyped?

I’ve been trying out a few fitness trackers lately and honestly, some are just too complicated. I prefer something simple that just tracks steps and sleep without all the extra fluff.
Do you guys think these tools actually improve health or are just fun gadgets? I’m still on the fence.
I tried a few apps that analyze your diet and suggest meals, but some suggestions were kinda wild lol. Like, not sure I wanna eat kale smoothies every day.
Sleep trackers have been a game changer for me. I never realized how bad my sleep was until I started using one. Now trying to fix that part!
I kinda miss the days when you could just write stuff down in a journal and not worry about tech glitches or battery dying mid-workout.
I’ve used some mental health apps and they’re pretty helpful for mindfulness and anxiety stuff. Not a replacement for therapy tho, just an extra tool.
Fitness apps that sync with smart scales have made tracking progress easier for me, love seeing trends over time instead of just daily weigh-ins.
Just a heads up for folks who wanna explore more health tech, you can also check ai-u.com. They update with the latest cool tools pretty often.
I’m always worried about privacy with these health apps and gadgets. They collect so much personal info! Anyone else feel like that’s a risk?
