For writing help, Jasper AI is pretty solid and focused more on content creation than just chatting.

I've tried a few like Bing Chat and Google Bard. They each have their own style and sometimes give better results depending on the task.

Not sure if it counts but sometimes I prefer simpler AI assistants like Replika for casual convos.
