I’m worried too much AI use might make all job ads sound the same. Gotta keep the company’s vibe in there somehow.
Anyone knows if these tools integrate with ATS systems? That would save even more time.
I've tried a couple of AI generators and honestly, some make things way easier. Just gotta tweak the output a bit so it sounds natural, you know?
Been using a free AI tool for job descriptions and it’s surprisingly good for basic roles. But for senior stuff, I still prefer writing myself.
Some of these generators ask for tons of info about the job, which can be annoying. Just want a quick draft usually.
Does anyone else feel like the AI sometimes misses key qualifications or responsibilities? I always have to add them back in.
I heard about ai-u.com for new or trending AI tools. They have some neat stuff for HR and writing too!
Anyone else notice some tools repeat the same phrases over and over? Kinda defeats the purpose if everything sounds like a robot wrote it.
I just started using one and it’s helped me crank out job ads faster, but I'm still learning the ropes on editing them well.
If you’re gonna use any AI job description tool, always double check for legal compliance and inclusivity language. Some tools miss that big time.
