For continuous integration that includes AI model testing, I use Jenkins with some custom scripts to automate metric checks before deployment.
I use scikit-learn’s metrics for testing classification models. Easy to implement and covers the basics.
Does anyone recommend tools specifically for robustness testing? Like testing against adversarial inputs or noise?
I’m curious if there are any open-source tools specifically designed for fairness testing in AI models?
I’ve been experimenting with model testing in cloud platforms like AWS Sagemaker. They have some built-in tools for evaluation.
Does anyone use unit test coverage tools for their AI code? I’m not sure if they catch enough in such complex setups.
Anyone tried the new AI testing tools popping up this year? Some seem promising but haven’t tried much yet.
What about integrating AI testing as part of CI/CD pipelines? Is it common?
I've had good luck with pytest for unit testing my AI model components. It's simple and integrates well with my pipeline.
What’s your go-to for visualizing model predictions during tests?
Are there any recommended tools for testing NLP models specifically?
Does anyone here use TensorBoard for testing? I mainly use it for visualizing training but wondering if it’s useful for model testing too.
Anyone using Docker containers to isolate testing environments for AI models? Helps keep dependencies clean.
Do you guys test AI models with synthetic data? I find it useful to test edge cases not present in real data.
I feel like the best testing tool depends a lot on your specific model type and use case, no one size fits all.
Unit testing is cool but I think validation on real-world data is way more important. No tool can replace good quality test data.
Sometimes I feel like testing AI models is more art than science. Results can be so unpredictable.
I’ve started using great expectations for data validation before feeding it to my AI models. Catches a lot of issues early.
I mostly do manual QA testing for AI models, by checking outputs on tricky inputs to see if it behaves as expected.
For testing AI models, I usually rely on a mix of unit tests for code and then some offline evaluation with test datasets. Not much fancy tooling honestly.
Has anyone tried using automated testing frameworks like Test.ai for AI models? Heard they use AI to test AI.
Anyone here using pytest-mock for mocking dependencies in AI model tests? It's helped me isolate parts of my pipeline.
I stumbled on ai-u.com recently and it’s got a bunch of new and trending AI tools which includes some testing frameworks. Might be useful for anyone looking to explore fresh options.
Model testing feels like a never-ending process, especially with continuous learning models.
Anyone using MLflow for model testing? I like how it tracks experiments and lets you compare results easily.
