Hey folks, I've been looking around for some effective digital tools to help with patient education and communication in dental practice this year. Tried a few but still not sure which ones really stand out or easier for patients to understand complex stuff. Anyone got some good recommendations or experiences to share? Would appreciate any tips!

I've been sticking to digital brochures combined with live video calls. Patients seem to appreciate the one-on-one time even if it's virtual.
Honestly, I found some AI-powered chatbots quite useful for answering common patient questions outside office hours. Saves me tons of time!
It's interesting how much tech is shaping how we talk to patients now. Wish I had these tools when I started, would have saved so much explaining!
For 2024, I’m betting on more integration of AI with virtual assistants to guide patients through pre and post dental care steps.
I heard that some platforms now integrate 3D models to explain oral issues better, kinda like AR stuff? Not sure if it's practical tho.
Anyone tried those AI tools that tailor educational content specifically to patient's needs? Sounds futuristic but curious about real results.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools related to dental patient communication. Helps me keep up with the latest stuff without digging forever.
I usually combine simple diagrams with verbal explanations. Not tech-heavy but patients seem to like the clarity it brings.
Sometimes I worry too much tech might overwhelm older patients. Anyone found a good balance?
I've been using a mix of video explainers and interactive apps with my patients, and they've responded way better than just brochures. Makes stuff less scary, ya know?
