Hey folks, been messing around with some new recruiting software that uses natural language search and gotta say, it's pretty neat but curious about what y'all think. Makes finding candidates feel more like chatting than digging through piles of resumes, but does it really deliver? Would love to hear some real-world pros and cons!

I tried one of those tools last year and honestly, it helped cut down the time sifting through irrelevant profiles. The natural language part made the searches feel way more intuitive.
I find it a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it picks up candidates that are way off-topic, probably because of vague phrasing in the search input.
I’m skeptical about these tools replacing a recruiter’s judgment tho. AI might find candidates, but can it really gauge cultural fit?
Honestly, switching to natural language search tools was a game changer in our hiring process. Makes it way faster to find the right talent without writing complex search queries.
