Hey folks, lately I've been digging into software that helps recruiters find candidates faster using AI. It's kinda wild how much this tech can speed up the hunt, but I'm curious which ones y'all think actually work well and aren't just hype. Also any tips on how to make the most out of em would be sweet!

I've tried a couple of these AI recruiting tools and honestly, some just feel like fancy buzzwords. But a few actually helped me find great candidates way quicker than the old school way.
I heard some tools just do keyword matching and don’t really understand context, so the results can be kinda off. Anyone noticed that?
Does anyone have experience with tools that integrate with LinkedIn? I wanna automate some of the sourcing but not sure which software plays nicely with it.
