Hey folks, I've been messing around with some AI apps to help me set and stick to my goals. Kinda cool how tech can nudge you in the right direction, but also a bit confusing with all the options out there. Anyone else tried stuff like this? What's worked or flopped for you? Would love to hear some real talk on AI goal helpers!
