What about GPT-3.5? Is it still supported or are people moving fully to GPT-4?

Last I checked, OpenAI had just launched GPT-4 Turbo or something? Not sure what the differences are but it sounds faster and cheaper.

I think the latest version is GPT-4 but they keep rolling out small updates that aren't always super publicized. Feels like a moving target tbh.
