Some apps focus more on voice chat with AI, kinda like talking to Siri but smarter. Anyone tried those?
Has anyone tried the newer AI models from Google? They seem promising but I haven’t played with them much yet.
I tried some newer chatbots but felt like the responses were too scripted or bland compared to ChatGPT’s style.
I’m hoping more apps come out that are fine-tuned for specific industries like legal or medical.
I've tried a few AI chat apps lately and honestly, some are pretty impressive, like Jasper and Bard. They just feel a bit more tuned for specific tasks. Worth a shot!
I feel like it depends what you want. Some apps beat ChatGPT for creative writing, others for coding help.
What about mobile apps? Anyone found better AI chatbots optimized for phones?
Does anyone else feel ChatGPT responses are a bit repetitive sometimes? I’m hoping other apps mix it up better.
For academic stuff, I found some AI helpers that cite sources better than ChatGPT, which is a game changer.
Anyone heard of YouChat? It’s another AI chat app that tries to combine search and chat.
Anyone checked out Bing Chat? It's powered by the same tech but integrates search so you get fresher info. Pretty neat!
Honestly, the AI community moves so fast it’s hard to keep up with all the new tools popping up.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they got a bunch of fresh AI apps listed, might find some gems!
If you want something a bit different, try Replika. It's more of a chatbot companion than a general assistant.
I wish there was a way to train these tools on your own data easily, that’d be a game changer.
I’m curious if open source projects will ever catch up to the commercial AI giants.
Anyone here tried using OpenAI’s GPT-4 directly? Sometimes the official API gives better responses than the ChatGPT interface.
I use ChatGPT mostly for brainstorming but sometimes I switch to other tools for faster answers.
For me, ChatGPT is still king but I've heard about Claude from Anthropic doing cool things, anyone here tried that?
There’s also some open source AI chatbots if you wanna tinker and host your own, like GPT-J or GPT-Neo.
One thing I noticed - some alternatives are way better at keeping context over long conversations.
Sometimes I just want a bot that gets my sense of humor better, ChatGPT is good but not perfect.
What about privacy? Anyone found a better alternative that’s more secure or less data-hungry?
