Hey folks, I've been playing around with some AI-based home search tools lately and thought I'd share my thoughts. These tools seem to make hunting for a new place way easier, but I'm curious what others think or use. Any cool features or recommendations?

I use AI to get quick price estimates, but then always verify with a human appraiser. Feels safer that way.
Honestly, the AI recommendations sometimes felt a bit off for me, showing places way outside my price range or far away.
Sometimes I feel like the AI just pushes listings from certain agencies more than others. Anyone else notice that?
I mostly use these tools on my phone. The UX on mobile makes or breaks it for me.
Anyone tried combining AI home search tools with traditional realtor help? Wondering if that’s a good mix or overkill.
I wish these AI tools also analyzed neighborhoods better, like schools, crime rates, and local stuff.
I think these AI home search tools are going to be standard soon. The future of house hunting is here!
AI tools helped me find homes in up-and-coming neighborhoods I hadn’t considered before. Pretty cool for investment purposes.
I tried a couple of AI home search apps and honestly, they saved me tons of time filtering out crappy listings. The predictions on pricing were pretty spot on too.
I found a few neat features like virtual tours powered by AI. It’s a game changer when you can’t visit in person.
Does anyone know if these tools update in real-time? Like, can you trust them to have the freshest listings?
I checked out a few AI search tools that suggest properties based on your social media likes. Kinda creepy but interesting!
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. Found some really cool apps there that aren’t mainstream yet.
Not a fan of some AI tools that just throw random suggestions. I prefer tools that let me tweak the filters a lot so I can see only what matters to me.
