Anyone tried CultureIQ? Heard it’s pretty robust for engagement tracking with AI features.
I found that some AI tools can also help suggest personalized action plans based on survey results, which is neat.
I wish these AI tools could also help with crafting better survey questions, sometimes that’s the hardest part.
We switched to an AI tool that sends out pulse surveys regularly and auto analyzes results. Way better engagement than yearly surveys.
