Sometimes I think these tools make you lazy though, should still try to learn grammar basics yourself.
Anyone tried Ginger? Heard it’s good for non-native speakers to fix grammar and improve style.
I sometimes just use the built-in spell check and grammar on Google Docs. Not perfect but decent for quick fixes.
These tools are great for emails and casual writing but I’d be cautious using them for academic stuff without review.
I love how some of these apps explain grammar rules. Makes learning less boring.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools if you wanna discover some fresh grammar helpers.
I feel like no tool is perfect but they definitely make writing less stressful.
Just be careful relying on auto-correct style grammar checks. They sometimes miss subtle errors.
If anyone knows a good grammar checker for mobile only, I’m all ears!
My biggest gripe with grammar apps is when they miss context and suggest wrong fixes.
The grammar checker built into MS Word is surprisingly helpful, especially the newer versions.
Another useful one is ProWritingAid, though the interface can be a bit overwhelming at first.
I've been using Grammarly for a while and it really helps catch all those sneaky errors. The free version is already pretty solid.
Hemingway Editor is great if you want your writing to be clear and simple, not just grammatically correct.
I use LanguageTool. It's open source and pretty accurate with grammar tips.
