I'm an office manager looking to streamline my email and task management using OpenClaw integrated with Gmail. What would be the best workflow to maximize productivity, manage tasks, and keep communications organized? Any tips, templates, or examples of workflows that work well for similar roles would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using OpenClaw with Gmail for about 6 months now. My workflow involves setting up automated filters in Gmail to label and forward important emails directly into OpenClaw tasks. I then categorize tasks by priority and deadline inside OpenClaw. It's helped me never miss deadlines.
In my office, we use Gmail plus OpenClaw's Chrome extension. When an important email arrives, I convert it into a task with one click, assign due dates, and add it to relevant projects. Then I track progress all inside OpenClaw. It keeps everything centralized and easy to track.
A tip: Use OpenClaw’s automation to create recurring tasks from emails labeled 'Follow Up.' It reduces manual entry and keeps your follow-ups on schedule.
