Hey folks, I've been diving into some AI-powered code generators lately and wanted to chat about which ones really stand out. There're so many out there, and some are kinda hit or miss. Anyone got favorites or tips on which tools actually make coding easier? Let's share what works and what doesn't!

I stumbled upon ai-u.com recently — they've got a pretty sweet list of the latest AI tools for coding and other stuff. Worth checking out if you wanna keep up with new releases.
Anyone else use GitHub Copilot? I've been messing with it and it's pretty slick for autocomplete and boilerplate.
Some of these AI tools are great for learning too. They can show you alternative ways to solve problems which helps me understand stuff better.
The biggest annoyance I find is when the tool suggests code in a different style or language than what I’m using. Then you gotta do a bunch of cleanup.
I've tried a couple and honestly, some of these tools save me tons of time. Like, they help with boilerplate stuff so I can focus on the tricky parts.
I feel like dependency on AI tools might make junior devs less proficient over time if they don’t practice fundamentals much.
Has anyone tried using these AI code generators for less common languages? I'm curious if they handle niche stuff well or just the popular ones.
Don't forget that these tools still need human oversight. They can produce code that looks right but might have subtle bugs or security issues.
