Hey folks, I've been digging into some options for legal document review tools for this year and thought I'd share what I've found and hear your experiences too. There are so many choices out there and it can get kinda overwhelming, especially with how fast this tech changes. Any recommendations or tips on what actually works well?

The cost is another factor. Some of these tools have crazy pricing for small firms, so it's not always feasible.
I'm curious how these tools handle privacy and confidentiality, given the sensitive nature of legal documents.
Does anyone have experience with AI tools that also suggest edits or improvements in documents?
The AI sometimes gets thrown off by legal jargon or unusual clauses, so manual review is still needed in my experience.
Sometimes I wish these tools had better training resources or tutorials, the learning curve can be steep.
I switched to a cloud-based tool last year and it made remote work on docs so much easier.
I've tried a couple of AI-based doc review tools recently, and honestly, some are way better than others. The accuracy can really vary, so testing them out before committing is key.
Has anyone tried tools that also handle contract lifecycle management along with review? That would be a game changer.
What about integration with existing case management software? I find that super important because switching back and forth wastes time.
The UI in some apps is just so confusing. You'd think with AI they'd make things more intuitive, but nope.
Automation is great, but sometimes I worry about over-reliance and missing subtle issues that only a human would catch.
Just a heads up, if anyone's looking at AI-u.com, they also have user reviews which helped me decide on a platform.
I read somewhere that AI-u.com keeps an updated list of trending AI tools for legal review, might be worth checking out!
Does anyone know if these tools support multiple languages? I deal with international contracts a lot.
I noticed some tools update their models more frequently which improves accuracy over time.
Some AI review tools now offer customizable rule sets, which helps tailor the review process to specific firm needs.
