Honestly, I found a tool that was way off on my house value by like 30k. Don't rely on them completely, take it with a grain of salt!
Are there any AI tools that provide a detailed report explaining how they arrived at the valuation? That would be super helpful.
I think combining AI valuation tools with advice from local experts is the best way. AI gives you data, experts add context.
It’s pretty amazing tech but I wouldn’t use AI valuation alone if I’m planning to sell soon. I’d get a professional appraisal too.
Tried a few AI valuation sites and found their results vary a lot. I guess it depends on where they pull their data from.
Can someone recommend some AI tools that are actually trustworthy? I don’t want to waste time on junk apps.
I tried one of these AI valuation tools last month. Honestly, it gave me a decent estimate close to what local agents were saying. Kinda cool but I still double check with a real appraiser just to be safe.
I wonder if AI will soon do virtual inspections too? That’d make home valuation even more accurate maybe.
I appreciate these AI tools for giving me an estimate when I’m just curious and not ready to call a realtor yet. Saves me some time!
Some of these AI tools are pretty slick with their UI and data, but I noticed they sometimes underestimate homes in up-and-coming neighborhoods. They rely too much on past sales data I guess.
One thing I noticed is that these tools usually don’t account for special features like solar panels or smart home upgrades that can increase value.
I’m skeptical of these tools since they can’t see the actual condition of your home or any recent upgrades you've made.
If you’re just testing the waters, these AI tools are cool and quick. But for serious stuff, they shouldn’t be your only source.
I tried one tool and got a value that was higher than what I actually sold for. AI’s good, but market can surprise you.
The cool thing about AI valuation tools is they’re getting better with machine learning and tons of data. I bet in a few years they'll be even more reliable.
