I've tried a couple of kerning tools but honestly, none felt super intuitive. Maybe I'm just picky tho lol.
Are there any mobile apps with good kerning tools? Would be cool to adjust text on the go.
One cool thing I found is you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that do kerning and other AI design stuff. Pretty handy!
I think kerning tools have improved a lot thanks to AI, just gotta pick the right one for your needs.
Some AI kerning tools also suggest spacing based on language or script style, which is kinda neat.
Don’t forget, good kerning also depends on the font itself. Some fonts just need less tweaking than others.
I usually just adjust kerning manually in Illustrator, feels way more controlled that way for me.
Been experimenting with AI kerning for a while now, still think human touch is essential tho.
Manual kerning is an art, but AI tools sure help speed up the process for large projects.
Honestly, sometimes just eyeballing it works better than relying on auto kerning. AI tools are good but they miss subtle stuff imo.
If you’re dealing with logos or big headlines, kerning is super important. Small text might not even need much adjustment.
There’s this open-source kerning tool some friends showed me, it’s pretty neat and free if you wanna try it out.
Have you looked into the AI kerning features built into some design software? They’re getting better each update.
