Stable Diffusion has been my go-to lately. It’s open source and you can run it locally, which is neat for privacy and customization.
I've tried a couple of them, and honestly, some are hit or miss. It really depends on how detailed your text is and the style you want.
One tool I really liked is DALL·E 2. It's pretty impressive with realistic details, though sometimes it messes up hands or faces.
