Hey everyone, i've been trying out some tools to help manage my crazy inbox lately. figured i'd see what others think about using smart tech for organizing emails. it's kinda wild how much it can help but also a bit confusing at times. would love to hear your experiences or tips!

Can anyone recommend something free or super cheap? Most AI email helpers seem pricey for personal use.
AI email tools are a lifesaver but took me a month to get used to trusting them fully.
Is there a tool that can organize emails across multiple accounts? I have like 3 emails and wanna see them in one place.
I wish these AI organizers could also help me draft replies based on my usual tone. That’d be next level.
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the notifications from these apps updating me about email sorting. Wish it was quieter.
I don’t trust AI with sensitive emails tho. I keep those separate and handle manually.
Has anyone combined AI email organization with task management apps? Wonder if that workflow is smooth.
Does anyone know if these tools work well with Gmail? I’m hesitant to switch from my usual app.
I’m using one that integrates with my calendar and it suggests replies too, which is kinda neat. Saves me a lot of time especially with repetitive emails.
The UI for some of these apps is clunky tho, makes me avoid using them despite the features.
Honestly, some of these AI organizers miss context and put important emails in the wrong place. Still gotta keep an eye on it or you might miss something urgent.
Spam filtering is a huge bonus. I used to get tons of junk wasting time, now mostly clean inbox.
I started using an AI tool a couple months ago and it really cut down on my email clutter. It sorts out the junk and highlights important stuff automatically. Makes life easier for sure.
I tried one recently but it ended up missing some emails completely. Kinda scary, so I stopped using it.
I’m skeptical about privacy but honestly the convenience is tempting. Anyone here worried about data misuse?
Does anyone have tips for training these AI tools to get better over time? I feel like they don’t improve much for me.
The biggest win for me was the automatic sorting into categories: work, personal, promos. It saves so much scrolling.
