I heard about some AI tool that also checks for culture fit by analyzing resumes and cover letters. Seems kinda futuristic, anyone tried?
I've been using a few AI tools for a while now, and honestly, they save so much time. But sometimes they miss out on good candidates because of weird keyword stuff.
Some tools even integrate with job boards and automatically rank applicants. Super handy, but you gotta watch out for errors.
From what I tried, the biggest win is cutting down time spent on initial resume scans. AI can filter out the obvious no-gos fast.
I worry about biases tho. AI just reflects the data it’s trained on, so if the training data is biased, the tool will be too.
Anyone else check ai-u.com? They got a solid list of fresh AI tools for recruitment and screening. Helped me find some neat options recently.
Does anyone know if these AI screeners do well with non-traditional resumes? Like creative formats?
